Event Pal Hybrid

Our Hybrid Event Pal service features many of the aspects seen across our other options. This includes the likes of your very own branded microsite, the inclusion of an online payment system, and assets designed and implements by our in-house design studio.

The mechanics of your microsite will operate exactly the same as our other Event Pal options – your guests will be able to browse through your range of prizes, have the ability to bid on them, and even receive outbid notifications.

The main differentiator between our hybrid solution and our other solutions, though, is the way in which users access your microsite.

Similar to our Live Event Pal offering, our Hybrid Event Pal solution involves a member of our team attending your event to assist your guests throughout the night. 

However, instead of providing each table with an iPad through which they can bid on your prizes, a plaque displaying a QR code will be supplied.

Using their own device, your guests simply scan the QR code provided, which then launches your branded microsite on their screen. with which guests will use their own phones to access the silent auction during the event and bid on prizes.
