Event Pal Live
Live Event Pal is exactly what is sounds like; our ‘Live’ service sees our Event Pal team attending your event from start to finish, making themselves available to provide assistance to your guests as and when required.
Prior to your event starting, the team will place an iPad on each table, which will be pre-programmed to display your very own, branded microsite. When your guests arrive, they’ll instantly be able to browse through your range of prizes and begin to bid on them.
Furthermore, using screens at your venue, we’ll display a countdown of how long is left until your auction closes, as well as announce when new bids have been received, helping to encourage engagement and create excitement surrounding your silent auction.
As is the case with all our Event Pal options, in the lead-up to your event, our team will work with you to help build your branded microsite, which will be complete with our standard features, such as the ability to browse through prizes, the ability to bid on them, as well as distribute outbid notifications to your guests.
